RETURN POLICY
At Alexx Kesh, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our handcrafted products. Since each piece is made to order, our return policy is designed to ensure both customer satisfaction and the integrity of our business processes.
Returns or Refunds
All sales are final as every item is made to order. We do not offer returns or refunds on our products.
Replacements for Damaged Goods
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we offer replacements if notified within 30 days of receipt. For purchases made during the holiday season, we extend this period to 60 days to accommodate any gifts or seasonal purchases.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please contact us immediately if your item has arrived with any defects or damage.
Holiday Extension
Understanding the special nature of holiday gifts, we are extending our replacement notification period for items purchased in November and December. You will have until the end of January to report any issues with your order.
Process for Replacement
If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to us at design@alexxkesh.com with evidence of the damage (photographic proof is required).
Upon reviewing your claim and confirming the damage, we will proceed with crafting a replacement for the damaged item. We will provide details on how to return the damaged product to us.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us. Once the return is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item at no additional cost.
